Florence, Italy

On the way to Florence, we visited the leaning tower of Pisa - it is in fact VERY leaning, so even though it is very big, we took a trick photograph of me and Mr M trying to straighten it up again!

We also visited the Cinqe Terra - 5 villages built into the hillsides (very very big hillsides). It was a pretty scary road to drive on because it was incredibly far down to the sea! The scenery was breathtaking though!

In Florence, we were lucky enough to visit the Uffizi art gallery - one of the best in the world, with paintings and sculptures by famous artists like Michael Angelo! There were lots of beautiful churches, and everything was highly decorated and sculpted. THis picture was just walking along the street!
